MindScrollers

You have the idea

MindScrollers is a digital marketing and web development company. We take ideas from start to finish: research, a name and a domain, WordPress and WooCommerce sites, custom web apps, and Google and Meta ads so people find them.

Scroll

An idea needs a name, a domain, a design, a website, a way to get paid, hosting and people who find it. Most people hire someone different for each one.

We do all of it

You bring the idea. We make it better, build every part of it and put it online. From start to finish.

Start to finish

One team, from the idea to the first customer.

Every step happens in order, in one place, and you can see where your project stands at any time.

In your name

It is all yours from day one.

Every account is opened in your name, not ours, and your ad money goes from your card straight to Google and Meta, with nothing added on top. If you ever move on, everything goes with you.

A booking website for barbers, salons, spas, tattoo studios and pet groomers.

    1. It started as one barber demo

The idea: a salon should have its own booking site, not a listing inside someone else's app.

    2. Research first

We studied the booking tools salons already use, and put the differences on public comparison pages.

    3. A name and a domain

The demo became Buklot, and went live on buklot.com.

Questions

Answered before you ask.

  • Can you start from just an idea?

Yes, that is the usual start, and it is what the one package is built for. You describe the idea in your own words. We research the market, help you find a name and a free domain, write the plan of what to build with a fixed price and a date, then design it, build it, make the content and launch it with the first campaigns. The specification is yours to keep even if someone else builds it.

  • What happens after we apply?

A person reads the application and answers in writing within one business day, Monday to Friday. If it fits, the intake asks the four things work cannot start without: the idea, who uses it, how money moves through it, and where the first customers are. The delivery clock starts the day that intake is complete, not the day you pay, and your start date is confirmed within one business day of it being complete. From then on the project lives in one room with its timeline, and every phase ends in something written that you keep. That is where discovery happens: after the decision, when the conversation is about your business instead of about closing you.

  • What does it cost?

There is one product and its price is published in USD on the shop page, paid in three invoices: before work starts, when the design is approved and the build starts, and before launch. Nothing is billed hourly and the price does not depend on how a conversation went. Your ad budget is separate and goes from your card straight to Google and Meta. Domain and hosting are billed to you by the suppliers, on accounts in your name.

  • Who owns the accounts, the code and the ad spend?

Your accounts, your domain, your data and the application code written for you are yours outright, from the first day. Ad accounts, analytics, hosting and the domain are created in your name instead of inside an agency container. Shared components we reuse across projects come with a perpetual license to use and modify them, at no fee and with no dependency on us. Ad spend goes from your card straight to Google and Meta, with no markup and no client money passing through this business. At handover you get the repository, the credentials and a written record of every setting we changed, which is also what makes it possible to hand the file to whoever comes next.

  • What happens if something is wrong, or it breaks later?

Messages are answered within one business day, Monday to Friday. The package carries a written scope saying what is included and what is not, so what counts as wrong is settled before money moves. If something we delivered misses that written scope, we fix it at no cost. If we cannot bring it to scope, the stage it belongs to is refunded. Anything outside the scope is quoted before it starts. A stage that has not started is refunded in full on request, and a milestone you reject is either fixed to scope or ends the engagement with the remaining stages refunded. After launch there are 90 days of support: fixes, small changes, a written report every month and your ads kept running. Support is written, not a phone line, and there is no on-call rotation.

  • Who does the work?

You deal directly with the people building it. There is no account manager relaying your feedback to a developer you never meet, and no part of it is resold to a third party. Whoever reads the analytics also writes the checkout code, sets up the tracking and structures the ad account, which means the measurement is built by the same hands that have to answer for it later. If you already have a developer, or someone in-house running marketing, the work fits next to them.

  • What happens if the work stalls?

It is a fair thing to ask any studio this size, so here is what protects you, none of it a promise that nothing will ever go wrong. The repository and the credentials sit in your accounts from the first milestone, not at the end. Specifications are written to be handed to any developer. Delivery is staged, so any stopping point still leaves you something that runs. Every setting we change is written down, which is what makes the record usable by whoever comes next. A stage that has not started is refunded in full on request. And if a date is going to move, you hear it the day we know, rather than watching a deadline pass quietly.

  • Where are you, and what does one business day mean?

MindScrollers LLC is a United States company, registered in Wyoming and billing in USD. The work is delivered in writing, in your project room, so none of it waits on overlapping office hours. One business day means a written reply there within one business day, Monday to Friday. In practice, a question sent during your afternoon has an answer waiting when you start the next morning.

  • Why is there no sales call?

Because the call is usually where the price gets decided, and the price is already on the page. The package has a fixed scope, a published price and a delivery time, so a call would mostly be a stranger asking questions the intake asks better and in writing. If something about the scope is unclear, send the question and you get an answer in writing, usually within one business day. During an active project a call is available on request, and the monthly reviews are written first so nothing important lives only in a conversation. What is not available is a call to sell you something.

  • How do you deliver all of this at one price?

By fixing the scope, which is the whole reason the scope is fixed. Three things make it work. The build work is the same stack and the same patterns every time, and three examples of it are open in a browser right now. AI does the making, which means the mechanical parts move faster: scaffolding, database migrations, the fortieth admin screen, test coverage, the first pass at a translation file. We review and stand behind every line that reaches you, and we publish no percentage for how much faster it is, because we have not measured one we would be willing to defend. And we take twelve of these a year, so your start date is confirmed within one business day of your intake being complete, delivery runs from there, and if a confirmed date slips you can take a refund on any stage that has not started. What a studio this size does not do is answer a phone within the hour or run a six-figure monthly ad budget. Both are said here rather than discovered later.

  • Where are the case studies and the numbers?

There are none, deliberately. Performance percentages from clients who have not agreed in writing to be quoted do not belong on a page, inventing them is worse than having none, and testimonials that are not real client statements are banned outright by the FTC's rule on fake reviews. What is here instead is three live projects, each explained step by step, including a booking and payments application handling deposits, saved cards, signed contracts and date holds in production. A mechanism you can check beats a number you cannot audit. One thing that cuts against us and is worth saying plainly: that portfolio proves the build work, not the ads work. What the ads side rests on is the tracking set up on those same sites, accounts opened in your name, and ad spend that never passes through our business.

  • Where does AI actually come in?

In the making, and in some of what gets built. From the moment your intake is complete, AI drafts the research, the designs, the code, the articles, the images and the campaign structure, which is why one team can quote the whole road at a fixed price and why product images come from your own photos instead of a studio day. People direct it and approve every piece. Some steps stay human by law or by platform rule: creative direction on the brand assets so you own them, a security review of the code, a legal read where a claim needs one, and your own verification of the ad accounts. Your credentials are never pasted into an AI tool, and your customer data is not used to train anything. Where AI ships inside your site the scope is stated: the assistant is restricted to your own content, shows the source page beside each answer, hands over when the answer is not there, and has usage limits so the running cost has a ceiling you set. No autonomous agent runs your ad account, and nothing here claims one does.
