What is included

Everything an idea needs, in one package.

Each part below is work we would otherwise sell on its own. Where a published figure exists for what the same work costs bought separately, it is printed with its source. Nothing is added up: the figures come from different providers on different terms, and a total made of them would be a number nobody quoted.

34 parts

  • Market and competitor research

Market size, the customer who buys first, the competitors, the search landscape and price benchmarks, in one written brief.

  • Workflow map

How the work flows today, step by step, with the manual steps costed in hours a month and the ones worth automating ranked.

  • Specification and architecture

A written specification with acceptance criteria per feature, the decisions recorded, and a scope boundary you can hold anyone to.

  • Name and domain

A shortlist of names with the domain checked for each, and taglines to go with them.

  • Brand kit

Logo in every lockup, palette, type pairing, usage guide and the source files, with a person directing the creative choices so the work is yours to register.

    Bought separately: $60,000
Ramotion publishes USD 60,000 for a branding package over 3.5 months (US studio, read 2026-09-17)

  • Design prototype

A clickable prototype built from your own tokens, with real copy and your real images, checked for contrast, keyboard use and touch targets before any code.

  • Website

The site itself: fast pages, content you can edit, search built into the templates, hosted in your name.

    Bought separately: $25,000
Ramotion publishes USD 25,000 to 60,000 for a 1 to 5 page website on top of branding; the lower figure is used here (read 2026-09-17)

  • Online store

A storefront with orders routed to fulfilment, stock held at order, abandoned cart recovery, and payments, tax and shipping tested with live transactions.

  • Product catalogue load

Up to 250 products with variants, descriptions drafted and reviewed, consistent images, weights, categories and filters.

  • Multi-currency and markets

Market pricing, tax per region, carrier rates and local payment methods, each market tested with a live transaction and a refund.

  • Second language

Hreflang, interface strings, transactional email, language switching and local date and number formats. Copy in the second language comes from you or a translator quoted separately.

  • Custom web application or SaaS

Data model first, roles with an audit log, accounts, subscription billing with usage limits, staging and production, milestones you review. European studios publish EUR 40,000 to 60,000 for a focused MVP over 3 to 5 months (Altar.io, read 2026-09-17).

  • Booking and deposits

Live availability with expiring holds, deposits and off-session balances, a contract signed in checkout, a customer portal and an operator console.

  • AI site assistant

An assistant restricted to your own content, with the source page beside every answer, a handover when the answer is not there, and a usage limit you set.

  • Lead intake and follow-up

Validated forms, an instant acknowledgement, scoring and routing, follow-ups that stop on reply, and the source tracked through to closed business.

  • Speed and Core Web Vitals

Largest Contentful Paint, Interaction to Next Paint and Cumulative Layout Shift measured before and after, the image pipeline rebuilt, render-blocking resources removed.

  • Technical SEO and schema

Crawling and indexing fixed, canonicals and redirect chains corrected, valid structured data per page type, with crawls before and after.

  • Search setup

Title templates per page type, competing archives closed, sitemap submitted, Search Console connected, and a written record of every setting.

  • Conversion tracking and reporting

A written definition of every number, one source of truth per metric, events verified with a live transaction, duplicates removed, consent handled.

  • Privacy policy, terms and cookie banner

Drafted from your real scope and your real data flows, with a qualified person reading anything ambiguous before it is published.

    Bought separately: $1,140
ContractsCounsel marketplace average lawyer flat fee for terms and a privacy policy, USD 1,140 (read 2026-09-17)

  • Monitoring and backups

Error tracking, an uptime check, analytics, and backups of your data with a restore tested on a schedule.

  • Articles

Articles chosen against live search demand, published with metadata and images, each with the reason it was chosen. Freelance rates for blog writing run USD 0.25 to 0.45 a word (Editorial Freelancers Association, 2026).

  • Product images

Studio frames, lifestyle scenes, detail crops and seasonal variations generated from your own product photos, at web and print resolution. A studio charges about USD 39 a photo plus a USD 149 session fee (soona list price, read 2026-09-17).

  • Brand video

A long cut, a short vertical and a six second cut, in three ratios with subtitles and licensed music. Generated clips are short by nature, so a person assembles the sequence.

  • Ad creative

Creatives across several angles, static, motion and cutdowns, in vertical, square and wide with safe areas and subtitles, named by angle and placement.

  • Photo editing

Cutouts on transparent and on white, a colour matched set, retouching and every export size, named by where each file goes.

  • Video cutdowns and subtitles

Vertical, square and wide cuts from one file, burned-in subtitles, reframing and safe areas.

  • Google Ads setup

Tracking rebuilt first, tight ad groups, negatives from day one, brand kept apart, and a written record of the structure and the reasoning.

  • Meta Ads setup

Server side events matched against the pixel, match quality measured before and after, business and domain verification in your name, and a test structure.

  • Email flows

Welcome, follow-up, cart and win-back flows, segmentation, sending domain records set and warmed, and reporting per flow.

  • Landing page and test variant

One page for one action, tracking verified with a live submission, a second variant with a split test, and a written note on the traffic the test needs.

  • Ads managed for 90 days

Google and Meta run as one budget, a running test calendar, tracking kept honest, and a written monthly review. Your card pays the platforms directly.

    Bought separately: $7,165
Clutch average monthly PPC retainer, USD 7,165 a month before ad spend (read 2026-09-17)

  • Hosting setup

Hosting opened in your name, the site staged and walked end to end before DNS moves, mail records moved one at a time and verified, SSL forced before go live.

  • Care after launch

Updates staged and tested, daily backups with restores on a schedule, uptime and speed watched, security hardening, and a monthly report.

The 12 weeks

What happens, week by week.

AI does the making from the moment your intake is complete. People direct it and approve every piece before it reaches you. Each phase says what is made automatically, what we need from you, and what you end up holding.

  1. 01

    Research

    7 days

What the market looks like, who already serves it, what people search for and what it should cost.

    Made automatically

    • Market sizing and the customer most likely to buy first
    • The jobs your product is hired to do, with the three that become your message
    • A scan of the direct competitors and the near ones, and the gap between them
    • Search demand: the keywords worth having, who ranks for them now and where the gaps are
    • Price benchmarks from published sources, each one cited
    • A risk list of the five things most likely to go wrong

    What we need from you

    • The idea in plain words
    • Who uses it and what they do with it
    • How money moves through it
    • Where the first customers are
    • Competitors you already know about

    What you get

    • A written research brief you keep
    • The recommended positioning, with the reasoning attached
  2. 02

    Brand, name and domain

    7 days

A name that is easy to say, a free domain, and a brand you own outright. A person directs the creative choices and edits the marks, and you choose between them: prompts alone are not authorship under US copyright, so that human direction is what makes the brand yours to register and defend.

    Made automatically

    • A shortlist of names with the domain checked for each one
    • Taglines, a voice with rules and before and after rewrites
    • Palette, type pairing and the design tokens the whole build uses
    • Logo routes drawn as vector artwork, tested down to 16 pixels
    • Every lockup exported: horizontal, stacked, icon, light and dark, vector and raster, favicons and social images

    What we need from you

    • Pick the name, or bring one
    • Pick the logo route and approve the palette and type
    • Any brand guide, logo, fonts or colours you already have
    • Three brands it should feel like and three it should not
    • Buy the domain in your own name

    What you get

    • A brand brief and a usage guide
    • The logo in every lockup, with the source files and full rights
    • Contrast checked against WCAG AA
  3. 03

    Strategy and plan

    7 days

What gets built, for what price, by what date. In writing, and yours to hand to anyone.

    Made automatically

    • The architecture: what it is built with, how accounts work, where the data lives, how money moves
    • Acceptance criteria for every feature, so done is a checkable statement
    • The version one boundary, including what is deliberately left out
    • A decision record for every fork, with the reasoning attached
    • Milestone dates across the 12 weeks

    What we need from you

    • What must work on day one and what can wait
    • Hard constraints: dates, regulations, anything fixed
    • Acceptance of the specification

    What you get

    • A specification you own and can hand to any developer
    • The decision records
    • The milestone dates
  4. 04

    Design and build

    42 days

The look first, then the product: the site, the store or the application. A person reviews the code for security before it goes near production, because only about half of AI-written code is secure on the first pass.

    Made automatically

    • A clickable prototype from your own tokens, with real copy and your real images
    • The accessibility and speed checks run against that prototype before any code
    • The build: pages, accounts, admin screens, payments, email and search setup
    • Tests, and a written record of the honest state of the build
    • Deployment to hosting in your name

    What we need from you

    • Approve the prototype direction before the build starts
    • Content, brand assets and product data in the format asked for
    • Accounts in your name: domain, hosting, Stripe
    • Feedback on each milestone within 5 business days
    • Existing product photos, if you have them

    What you get

    • The working product at a staging address you can open
    • The repository and the passwords in your accounts from the first milestone
    • Three rounds of revisions included
  5. 05

    Content

    14 days

The words, the pictures and the video the product needs to be found and understood. Nothing generated is presented as a customer review or a testimonial, and generated images and ad creative carry the labels Google and Meta require.

    Made automatically

    • Articles written against live search demand, linked into the pages that earn
    • Product images generated from your own photos: studio frames, lifestyle scenes and detail crops
    • A hero video assembled from short generated clips, with subtitles
    • Ad creatives across several angles, in vertical, square and wide, named by placement
    • Social preview images for the main pages

    What we need from you

    • Photos of the real product
    • The claims the product is allowed to make
    • Written consent if a real person appears
    • Two rounds of feedback on the creative

    What you get

    • The articles live on the site
    • Image sets at web and print resolution
    • Video masters in three ratios, with subtitles
    • The named ad creative set
  6. 06

    Launch and marketing

    7 days

Online at your own domain, measured properly, with the first campaigns built and ready. Ad account and business verification is done by you, because the platforms require a real person, nothing spends until you approve the budget, and a qualified person reviews any claim that touches money, health or a regulated field.

    Made automatically

    • Deployment at the live domain with DNS, SSL and a smoke test
    • Privacy policy, terms and a cookie banner, drafted from your real scope
    • Analytics, error tracking, an uptime check and backups
    • Every number defined in writing, events checked end to end, duplicates removed
    • Google search campaigns with tight groups and negatives from day one
    • Meta campaigns with server side events matched against the pixel
    • Welcome and follow-up email flows

    What we need from you

    • Ad accounts and business verification completed in your name
    • The ad budget, approved before anything spends
    • Your card on the ad platforms, so spend never passes through us
    • DNS access and the sending domain

    What you get

    • The live product at its domain
    • The measurement definitions document
    • Ad accounts with a written record of the structure and the reasoning
    • Campaigns ready to run on your approval
    • A launch summary with the open follow-ups
  7. 07

    Support

    90 days

Ninety days after launch: fixes, small changes, a monthly written report and your ads kept running. Spend is never on autopilot, no agent runs your ad account, and a person reads every report before it is sent.

    Made automatically

    • Fixes inside the written scope
    • Small changes to copy, pages and settings
    • A written report every month: what was done, what was tested, what it returned
    • Google and Meta run as one budget, with a running test calendar

    What we need from you

    • Approve budget changes and anything that publishes
    • Change requests as messages on your project page
    • Ad spend paid by you to the platforms

    What you get

    • A monthly written review
    • Answers in writing within one business day, Monday to Friday
    • A project room that keeps the timeline and every message

We take 12 Startup projects a year, so every application is read by a person. You get a written answer within one business day, Monday to Friday.

A month and a year, or the event you are aiming at.

Questions

Before you apply.

What exactly does AI do, and what do people do?

AI does the making from the moment your intake is complete: the research, the drafts, the designs, the code, the articles, the images and the campaign structure. People direct it and approve every piece before it reaches you. Some steps are people by law or by platform rule: creative direction on the brand assets so you own them, a security review of the code, a legal read where a claim needs one, your own verification of the ad accounts, and your approval before anything spends.

When does the 12 weeks start?

On the day your intake is complete, not the day you pay. The intake asks four things before work can start: the idea, who uses it, how money moves through it and where the first customers are. Your start date is confirmed in writing within one business day of the intake being complete.

How is it paid?

Three invoices: $26,000 before work starts, $19,500 when the design is approved and the build starts, and $19,500 before launch. Invoices are issued in US dollars through Stripe, by card or by bank transfer. Your ad budget is separate and is paid by you to Google and Meta.

Can I get my money back?

A stage that has not started is refunded in full on request. If what we deliver misses the written scope and we cannot fix it, that stage is refunded. Undelivered work is refunded within 14 days of a written request.

Why only 12 projects a year?

Because approving does not scale the way drafting does. Every deliverable is read by a person before it reaches you, and the number of projects is set by what we can review properly. It also means the same senior team stays with your project from the brief to the launch.

What is not included?

Your ad spend, which you pay to the platforms directly. Camera shoots and content made by real creators. TikTok Ads and Amazon Ads, which we do not offer. Copy in a language other than English, unless you supply it. Domain and hosting fees, which the suppliers bill to you.

Do I need a call?

No. Everything is on this page and on the guide, and the application is read by a person. During an active project a call is available on request.
